Cloud 9 Construction T/A Third Heaven Construction is a part of a growing trading group with interests in engineering services and infrastructural development in the construction and building industry which includes but not limited to plumbing, painting, tiling, and paving. Our workforce is largely well trained artisians, in-house trained technical and vocational college graduates who always produce the most important results of every job to our client's satisfaction.
